10 Powerful Affirmations to Gain Greater Self-esteem

Raise Self-esteem with Affirmations

An important part of my daily self-care routine is to compose and recite affirmations to feel better about myself and enhance self-esteem.

I know that what I value about myself and utter aloud about myself has a powerful effect on my sense of well-being.

💗

10 Powerful Affirmations to Gain Greater Self-esteem

I share my original, very personal affirmations now with a prayer that some will resonate with you and help raise your self-esteem.

"I love myself for who I am."

"I grow in skills and self-respect with every forward step I take."

"I am capable, determined, and attentive to meeting my own needs."

"I am able to resist internal or external pressure to people please."

"I gain mastery over challenges by inhaling confidence and exhaling fear, as I risk doing things in new ways."

"I nurture my relationships by  showing up with interest and enthusiasm."

"I make a conscious choice to focus on my positive qualities and celebrate each new learning."

"I am compassionate and gentle with myself, especially when I make a mistake or think, say, or do something I regret."

"I value myself and base my self-worth on what I believe is true about me."

I believe in me, affirmations for Self-esteem

"Self-esteem shines, when my self-worth comes from spirit rather than ego." 💗

Affirmation recitation can help you defeat negative thoughts, motivate you to see yourself in a positive light, and appreciate and respect your innate beauty, assets, and talents.
Why not get out a journal, notebook, or other writing material and compose and recite some self-esteem affirmations today?

  1. I have found that most people incorrectly use affirmations find themselves frustrated and that affirmations not believed as an internal truth tend to increase anxiety.

  4. Affirmations are something I need to see rather than say. I like to have notes to remind myself that I will see first thing each morning. This is why I put a sign right next to my bathroom mirror that says "today is a good day for a great day".
