Tucson Travel or Colorful Staycation

Tucson, AZ Staycation

I notice when I'm outdoors exploring interesting things, I get plenty of exercise, benefit from breathing fresh air, and have fun too.

Post updated 2/20/21

I invite you along to entertain and maybe even inspire you to travel to Tucson. I love winter here, because there's so many walking, hiking, and biking trails as well as entertainment and cultural events galore.

The color palette of my southwestern city delights me. These post is the result of combining my love for color and desire to maintain good health by taking a staycation right here in Tucson.

The pictures capture things I enjoyed seeing the most!

Although there are many good restaurants in Tucson, my husband and I used to love eating at the Tasteful Kitchen. On this day, after we went home to shower and change our clothes, this is what we ordered. They are no longer open as a restaurant, and you can learn more about what they are doing now by checking out the link below.

Why not plan to see the awesome colors of Tucson soon? Enjoy the sights during the day, and take in the gorgeous colors of the desert at sunset.

  1. Nancy,
The food in that restaurant looks amazing! I've only been to Arizona once many years ago-we spend our winters in Florida- I'll have to look for some fabulous looking food here in sunny Florida
