I love to read books that make me think, books that make me improve and question myself and my paradigms. My husband and I discovered affirmations about 20 years ago and they have helped us so much. But life is a long path and I still "catch" me sometimes talking to myself in a not appropriate way, though I'm glad I realize and change that dialog.
